At RRefined Solutions, our work is deeply personal and purpose-driven. Growing up, we witnessed firsthand the challenges and dreams of entrepreneurs in our families and communities.
Javier comes from a family of first-generation immigrants and is the first male in his family to graduate college—a milestone he carries with pride, rooted in his Latino heritage. His father always dreamed of owning a successful business but lacked the tools and knowledge to bring that vision to life.
Mykaela, on the other hand, grew up surrounded by entrepreneurship. Her mother and grandmother run a vibrant hair salon in Detroit, where they not only style hair but also teach cosmetology classes, empowering others to pursue their own dreams.
We met in college and discovered a shared passion for helping families and communities turn their entrepreneurial ambitions into reality. That passion is the foundation of RRefined Solutions.
